The Challenge

Our client was facing a growing challenge with its live handset displays and engaged Methid in finding a solution. The initial in-store live handset displays – complete with lights and security features – were launched in high traffic retail locations three years earlier and were starting to show signs of wear and tear due to constant handling. Bell tasked Methid with finding a way to efficiently and accurately replace and refurbish the necessary parts without sacrificing the customer experience.

The Result

The Methid team mobilized quickly to meet Client’s ask, with time of the essence given the state of the displays. Without spending money on a new fixture build, Methid developed an efficient and easy maintenance program. It included assessment, refurbishing, replenishing, and automated processes that made managing assets effortless, while keeping the fixtures looking fresh. Methid’s commitment to acting as an extension of the client team ensured we armed them with the tools and knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot moving forward.
